Family Artmaking

The Arts Council of Lake Oswego is excited to announce Family Artmaking is returning for 2019/2020. This popular program is offered free to the public with a suggested donation to cover supplies.

Children 5 to 12 are invited to participate in new art experiences on selected dates from 2 to 4 p.m. The schedule coincides with Lake Oswego School District’s early release days, allowing parents and caregivers an after-school activity.

On Thursday, February 20, from 2 to 4 PM, attendees will be learning Pointillism through the eyes of its inventor, George Seurat. Using dots, participants will create artwork with q-tips and colors, mixing them to create a masterpiece.

Arts Council of Lake Oswego’s ARTspace is located at 510-520 1st Street, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. For more information visit or call 503.675.3738.
