Take a walk around town, and you will see fifteen NEW and beautiful sculptures adorning the streets in the next few weeks. These sculptures will be celebrated on August 25th at Sundeleaf Plaza in Lake Oswego with an all NEW Unveil Your Art! celebration.

New this year, the fabulous annual event moves to Saturday, August 25th and will take place from 4 - 7 p.m. Join us at Sundeleaf Plaza, located at 120 South State Street, Lake Oswego, where we will celebrate next to the water and amid two of Lake Oswego’s favorite public art pieces—Sunflowers and Wormy Apple.

Mark, your calendar to attend this family-friendly day that promises to be filled with fun, food, and art created on the spot to buy and take home. Experience the unique opportunity to meet many of this year’s sculptors and learn about how their work goes from idea to three-dimensional sculpture.   

Lake Oswego’s public art program is unique as 15 new pieces are loaned to the city each year. With the combination of both temporary and permanent pieces, over 70 public sculptures make their home in Lake Oswego. As the permanent sculptures become beloved characters and fixtures throughout the City, the rotating sculptures allow the community to enjoy NEW artwork, processes, themes, media, styles, and outstanding talent each year.
