Call for Art, Gallery Without Walls
2025–2027 Rotating Exhibition
Elemental Connections, by Rose Covert, is a site-specific installation in the 2024–26 Gallery Without Walls rotating exhibition.
Otso-Black Bear Skull, by Jud Turner, is part of the 2024–26 Gallery Without Walls rotating exhibition.
On behalf of the City of Lake Oswego, we are pleased to invite artist submissions of up to three works of art per artist to be considered for outdoor public display in Lake Oswego’s nationally recognized outdoor Gallery Without Walls rotating collection. In its twenty-fifth year, this program’s mission is to integrate art into the daily lives of residents and visitors.
We are committed to diversity and strongly encourage submissions from artists identifying with under-represented communities. We seek works of various media, including sculpture and murals, and encourage innovative submissions.
The Selection Committee will choose up to fifteen artists to display. Selected artists receive an honorarium award of $1500. Selected artists are also eligible for an annual People’s Choice purchase award of up to $20,000 (with a 30% gallery fee).
