January 24 –Observational Drawings: Values, Shapes, and Perspective

Project – Using a collection of items as references, children observe and recreate their own still-life drawings.

Purpose – To help budding artists to observe objects and gain an understanding of their shape and size in relation to other objects.

Arts Council will have everything on site for the projects. Ages 5 to 12 welcome with parents and/or caregivers.

Free and open to the public. A suggestion donation of $5 helps cover supply costs.
