The exhibition, curated by Norah Crean, premiered pieces from the City’s permanent collection while inviting artists to respond using their creative approach to select artworks. Ten artists were juried into the exhibition, including artist Alice van Leunen, who responded to her own piece in the collection with her signature woven works of paper. Artist Josh Sands exhibited a photography installation depicting essential workers arranged in response to 100 Pairs of Working Hands by Barbara Tetenbaum.
