Gallery Without Walls Celebration Schedule

12:30–2 p.m. | Free art activities, community booths, Lakeridge Jazz Combo
2–2:30 p.m. | People’s Choice Award winners honored
2:45–3:30 p.m. | Free docent-led tours of latest sculptures

Please join us to celebrate the City of Lake Oswego's Gallery Without Walls on Saturday, September 21, from 12:30–3:30 p.m. at the Arts Council of Lake Oswego’s Artspace and the City Hall parking lot. This free and festive event honors the City's outdoor public art exhibit and the artists who help make it possible.

During the celebration, the community can participate in free docent-led tours of select Gallery Without Walls sculptures, where artists will be on hand to talk about their work. There will also be hands-on art activities for children and adults! Artist Rose Covert will lead an art activity on weaving natural materials into art pieces. Artist Mike Suri of Suri Iron will demonstrate how his self-built crane is used to install many Gallery Without Walls sculptures. Booktique, LO Open Studios, LO for LOve, and Tigard BMW will have booths. And the winners of the latest People's Choice award will be honored. 

The celebration is sponsored by the City of Lake Oswego, Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory, and Umpqua Bank.
